  I've rented boats at the other location before and was pleased. This location was a complete disappointment. I rented a pontoon boat this time around since we had a larger group and the boat was completely garbage. It was defective and did not work properly at all. If you hit the throttle, the motor would simply rev up and completely slip it's gear. It took us forever to get out of the no wake zone and return. I took the boat straight back and reported the matter as we were barely floating and the person in charge, who i'll loosely refer to as the manager, refused to credit us back our money stating "it doesn't take that long to get back". Well it does when you're basically floating. As I was leaving I noticed that he went to the boat to test it out. I walked along the shore to see him test and it was doing the same thing to him. He floated right back to the dock as well. Still charged my card. Avoid this location.
