  The worst experience ever. My daughters birthday party was on 10/9/16. I had reserved toddler chairs and tables to be picked up by me on that day. When I reserved the tables and chairs , I was told I can pick them up ANYTIME after 830a. My daughters party started at 230p. I called at 1:30p to let the business know I was on my way. A guy answers the phone and states that he is not at the place of business and will be back at 2:30p (the time my party starts.) So, I headed over to the "place of business" and arrived at 239p. The gates are closed and locked and there's no one in site . I called again to see where the guy was, and of course no one picked up the phone. I finally get a call back and the guy states he is still out and about and is on his way back. After 20 minutes of waiting I just left the "place of business "(I have call logs to prove I called over 8 times trying to pick chairs and tables up.) I asked is there a manager I can talk to? and he said that he was the manager . I asked him if there was anyone over him? and he stated the owner. I asked for the owners name and number and he refused to give it to me. I will never go through this company again. They express lack of communication and no customer service skills.
