  I was in my late 40's and feeling horrible about myself—everything was starting to sag and bag when I found out about Michelle. I've been going to her twice weekly since and I'm in fantastic shape at 53, I'm extremely strong and healthy. Because of her I now workout 5 days a week including running and walking sessions. Be it Pilates or other types of exercises, Michelle tailors everything to my abilities, my strengths and my goals.

  Where to start! I love working out with Michelle! Not only does she continually have a workout designed specifically for me, but she is able to help with physical issues that can arise out of the blue! She has helped me resolve, lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain and wrist issues! I always feel better after a session, and believe that it is crucial for me as I age to take care of myself. I HIGHLY recommend her and feel confident that once you start - you will be hooked! 3 years ago, when I wanted to add some fun to my life - well, who would have thought it would be pilates, core work and weights!! Thanks, Michelle!!
