  2 orders I never received but was charged for neither drive made a attempt to get out of the car rather called but never got out of their cars physically to deliver pizzas my orders were both cancelled out as I made attempts to contact on both occassions even while on my job I stood outside for over 45 minutes even gave a description of my clothing second attempt I'm at home and the driver still never got out of the car to ring the door bell 2 doors two door bells and 2 house dogs that never barked. Very poor performance and is concerning that I'm being charged and having to wait for my money to be refunded to me for the failure to provide customer service and I'm communicating my concerns so that proper steps can be addressed on both matters. Plenty more reviews for the same thing and no one is addressing this issue as people are reporting the same issues
