  Ginger B. Is probably the worst GM I've ever come across. Not only does she bully her employees by intimidation but she lacks in management skills. No wonder her team can't succeed and has such a high turn over rate. She lacks personal accountability after telling me she would get an issue fixed with my account. Then blames her employees in front of customers. How embarrassing. I've seen her talk about her employees bad behind their back as well. She is definitely a micromanager and hardly can get much accomplished. Her arrogant attitude damages the reputation of Paychex. I will NEVER again do business with this company. Which is sad because I actually like their product.
