  I called to inquire about services this morning and the lady who answered the phone was entirely rude - I am a business owner as well with a store front downtown and if someone called inquiring about services I did not offer, I would steer them in the right direction and explain the services we do offer in hopes for future referral. I am also a grown man and do not feel the need to be addressed as "honey". Unfortunately I won't be giving any referrals or my own business here.
