  I dropped a box last Friday and told the clerk to use the fastest shipping method. I was told the box can arrive in three days. Today (4 days later), I found the box is still at the store. When I called the store, at first I waited for at least 5 minutes for the owner to speak with me since she was serving other customers. Then she told me the tracking # isn't UPS tracking # then hung up. When I called again, she acknowledged it is UPS tracking # and found the box, but told me to go to her store to pick it up as UPS driver refused to take it without specific reasons then hung up again. My advise: if you want to keep being a kind and happy person, please leave far away from that store.
