  I didn't have a good experience at all.!! Returned wheelchair batteries that were under warranty, bought 10 months before but the guy in charge did some tests to show me they were " fine". When I protested saying that the batteries must be defective as my aunt's wheelchair was having the same problems as before they were bought getting her chair to charge I was told I could buy another pair "at cost".,while he kept the ones I returned. I had no choice as my aunt was desperate to get her chair going again so I bought 2 more at $75.00 each. Funny thing was that once I installed them the chair worked great. Obviously the batteries before were not "fine". I should have been able to return them for a full refund. Avoid this place.

  I gave them the 20 year old alarm battery size and they gave me 3 choices from which to choose. They were different sizes and lasted average, better life and best life. But, size was an issue so I bought the smaller one. Great service, extremely knowledgable
