  The staff at this location are always extremely kind and helpful. The grounds are clean and the area feels safe. The low rating is for the company Public Storage itself. They do not value their customers. They will hapily lose a long-time customer to move in a higher paying new guy. All of their policies benefit only Public Storage with no regard for the customer. If you just need a place to stick your stuff for a month while you move, this will be fine. If you are looking for a long term arrangement where you feel valued as a customer, this is not the place for you.
