    RODENT DAMAGE! Client from August 2016 through January 2018. We were originally happy with second story / climate controlled for our items - everything was professionally packed and moved into the unit. The units are not entirely sealed from the outside and, consequently, our items had RODENT DAMAGE when I unpacked them in our new house. I found two fist-sized holes chewed through a rug when I unrolled it as well as teeth marks and significant damage to a bookshelf/wine-rack. Unacceptable on any account especially given the high price-tag (>$200/month) for the unit.

    I cannot recommend this facility to friends/family and would recommend current tenants check up on their items. I will be back in my new residence at the end of the month and will update this review with pictures. Good luck to other clients...

    Alex and Brandon were awesome! Both were polite and friendly. Got my cousin a good size space for a really good price. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
