  I have had over 40 wraps over the last ten years or more, and even had several done with RRB, before they were bought by the new owner. A few months ago, I had one at the new location and regretfully will not be going back. To start with, I could not find the place, and when I called to try to get directions, no one even bothered to answer the phone. The wrap itself was not any better. The wrap used a minimal amount of bandages; the FAR sauna blanket did not even heat up on the top and I was actually shivering lying in damp bandages for the last 30 minutes of the wrap; the washing machine was on the other side of the curtain, so even with the lights turned very low, I could not relax. Most importantly, the inch loss was next to nothing compared to EVERY OTHER WRAP I've ever had. This was a total waste of my money. I e-mailed and complained, but never even got a response.
