  Dan Cassady with Remax Pacific was an educated, kind, and patient agent!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. He represented us on both sides of our recent transaction and protected us every step of the way in all transactions. During our purchase, unfortunately the listing agent was trying to force us to do something illegal (so he could shake us down for more money) but Dan Cassady and Town & Country Escrow protected us and even offered cost free legal advice and representation (if needed), luckily we did not need the representation. Their knowledge saved us big time and both Dan's and T&C's kindness, accuracy and speediness ensured that our family had a lovely new home in time for Christmas!!!! Thank you Dan, Remax & Town & Country!!! I will continue to use you and recommend you to any and all of my friends and relatives.
