  I walked in here after my pedal came off across the street. I was in a rush to get somewhere and really needed some help. I walked in here and politely asked the guy behind the counter if he could help me.
  
  He gave me a lot of attitude from the moment I walked in the door. Wouldn't take a moment to look at my bike because he was too busy building a wheel which Im sure just had to be done right that moment. And he refused to let me use a socket wrench so I could just try to get it back on myself. Instead he let me walk out the door knowing that I was going to have to walk across town to the hardware store.
  
  Luckily the guys across the street at the oil change place were far nicer and let me use their socket wrench. I ended up fixing my bike on my own in all of about 3 minutes.
  
  (If he had taken 3 minutes out of his day to help a customer this would have been a 5 star review rather than a 1 star review.)
