  I made an appointment through home depot for 2-16-18 @ 9:30 for a tech to give me an estimate for central air in my home. No one showed up for the appointment. I called and they said I never confirmed my appointment but a tech would be here at my home in 20 to 30 minutes. Again, no one showed. This is a sign of an incompetent group of people that do not know how to conduct business. If they do this on an estimate appointment they would really screw you on an install appointment. I highly recommend you do not do business with these people.

  The technician, (Jay) was absolutely professional in all aspects of the service and performance. He's highly knowledgeable about the HVAC products and the systems. He explained everything to where you can easily understand about what was necessary. I really appreciate the honesty on the recommendations. I will be using this service again because of the above and beyond service and efficiency. Thanks again!!!
