  This rating applies to the interview process of Road Rebel for a human resources position. A friend had a telephone interview, a secondary interview at Road Rebel and was told that she was not a good fit. A little over a week later received a call stating that the person that had been offered the job did not take it. Offered a third interview, no time during this entire process was salary or pay rate discussed. Toward the end of this final interview my friend asked about the pay. "What pay are you expecting" was the response to my friends question, I want to be close to the last pay that I received which is just over 41K. The controller automatically stated that was more than they were thinking and decided on the spot that my friend would not be a good fit. They wanted to put someone in this position for no more than 35K. There was no opportunity to decide or even consider this opportunity.
