  First, don't expect solicitous service or descriptions of dishes. It doesn't help to look at other tables for any type of clue either since they serve a VAST amount of different dishes. Plus, part of the fun is anticipating the surprise of discovery of something new.
  
  For the non-Chinese speaking novice, your best bet is to order the duck or ribs -- for other side dishes, just point to the pictures in the menu and indicate the number.
  
  The service is speedy, the food is well-prepared and simply delicious. We've been coming here for years and haven't been disappointed yet. It's a dining experience and that's a big part of the enjoyment.
