  Great store for all your needs in the kitchen. I'm just a home cook, and wanted some utensils for my home kitchen. They have everything you need, got a couple knifes, a steel and picked up a new skillet. They also have cast iron. They were very helpful.

  Absolutely horrible customer service, extremely rude staff and management. I spent around $600 here, and I had to return one item that I ended up not using and the whole staff as a whole was extremely rude and weirdly aggressive and insulting, they refused to give me a refund or even an exchange, even though I had the receipts for my purchase. I could not even believe what I was seeing, the older hispanic women at the register kept sending staff members out to belittle me and insult me, one after the other. Then finally they sent out a big man who came within 12 inches of my face and literally yelled at me and told me to get out. I didn't know what to do at that point so I just left, and was so upset with the way I was treated I just broke down and cried. I have never been treated so horribly by anyone in my whole life. I will never spend money here again, and I recommend going elsewhere for your restaurant supply needs. Please don't give these horrible people your business.
