  They didn't show up! I booked the tour online the evening before and received my tickets. We paid for a taxi to the pickup location and waited and waited . After leaving 2 messages to the office they finally called. They said their office opens after the tour starts so didn't see my reservation. Really??? They then tried to explain the time gap and that the website suggests making reservations during office hours. Why not fix your reservation system to block out the times you aren't available or have the driver check new reservations before they leave? It was our only day in town and too late to contact another company. They also refused to reimburse for our wasted taxi ride.
