  It is unclear to me why so many teenagers hang out here and play music too loudly. From much of the behaviors I have witnessed here, it would be good to have some security. In addition to the teens, I have seen at least one hobo couple who were calling by the vending machine. The asphalt is all gatorbacked, making it difficult for my 4 year old to practice on his new scooter. I guess it is more for the hobos and teenage music-blasters than it is for families.
