  Paid full price for some running shoes that didn't fit properly. Returned them and paid for shipping fees out of my own pocket. After they took their sweet time processing my refund, they only gave me back half of what I paid for them. Buyers beware!!

  Love the shoes and some of the prices are very competitive but the shipping is why I'm giving this 1 star. They never offer free shipping according to the sales representative I spoke with. Only on select shoes they've had for awhile. Their competitors offer free shipping (some both ways) and it works out to be less even though their shoes are priced more than shoe metro. It's unfortunate :(
