  I paid for a “downloaded” class. The class never downloaded, I had to use wifi at my gym to access ( luckily this is a feature that I have with my cable company or I would have had to use cell phone data) and I never got to try the whole class as I only had an hour and it took 15 minutes to figure why it never downloaded and get said wifi. I’m extremely disappointed at the misleading wording. If you are purchasing a downloaded class, you should have the ability to view the whole class and use it again if you never got to use it in the first place . I will never use or recommend on demand Sweat Studio again. Save your money and pay for an audio recording of a class somewhere else. At least these recordings, in my experience, honour the download as it is and should be, accessed by the user as much as that user needs to.
