  My grandmother passed away at the end of September and it is now December 17th and we still have not received her ashes. This also happened with my grandfather. He passed in November and we were not able to have his service until February. This is completely ridiculous and Trident seems to not care about this. I guess since their "customers" have passed away....customer service is of little importance to them.
