  Despite the many negative reviews, I went here due to a time crunch. I had to buy some postage for an oversized envelope and a tracking slip for another piece of mail. I used the machine at the lobby to buy both, and ended up handing the oversized envelope to an employee behind the counter because it weighed over 13 ounces (can’t put them in a mail slot). I waited maybe two minutes, the lady behind the counter was pleasant, and that was it. No problems whatsoever.
