  Never had so BAD Customer service. Employees are demanding how they want to work with you.Not what is convenient for customer.I`m bringing money from the business for over 15 years and was never so bad.Branch manager protected the employee who refuse to do the service which is paid for.If you build drive true banking for customers why you asking me to come inside.Yes you have to walk to the window and back twice and you get paid for.Branch manager wait for 5 minutes to come to the window and pick up fight with me over drive true issue instead to serve other customers who where honking behind me.Nobody will come inside negative environment so deal with drive true and change your customers service: We need you not just your money.
