  Nicole and Jason are great coaches. As a novice, it’s been great getting their personal attention and programming. They take the time to understand the goals of their clients. It’s a diverse group ranging from the experienced that are looking to take their strength to the next level to the grandmother that’s learning to squat for the very first time.
  
  I like the simplicity of the facility as well. Plenty of racks and deadlift platforms, and no nonsense. I can come in at any time and get my workout in without worrying about a shortage of space or equipment.
