  Excellent and very smooth service. The staff are great. All of them were very friendly and I had no problems getting a new Verizon subscription and ordering an iPhone. There is one person always standing near the door to greet you and help you with quick stuff.
  
  Another great thing is that the people there are well versed with company policies and rules for international students, being so close to UCSD.
  
  I particularly don't like how expensive Verizon 4G Internet is, but then this review is for this particular store and not all of the company.

  Worst phone experience ever. They don't tell you that they're nothing like Verizon. I returned 300$ worth of phones and accessories. They kept over 100$ because of fees they never told me about. Save yourself the nightmare of this place and drive the extra distance to a Verizon store. They charge 25% restocking fee on accessories and 35$ per returned phone. VERIZON DOES NOT CHARGE THIS. ALSO, They closed and hour early to avoid my return. My father is going to add the phones to his family plan at the Verizon store instead of this rip off kiosk. He actually came with me the night before I returned the phones to add them. They closed early to avoid my return. They lost the new sale because they are shady. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU DO DON'T BUY ACCESSORIES. I also paid half cash and half credit. They refused to give me the cash back. This place is a joke.
