  I just opened up my small crystal chandeliers to find that they had just been dumped into plastic bags. I called the store to tell them that & was told by the young male answering the phone "that is normally what we do" he told me & "there is usually not an issue". He kept repeating that to me which resulted in my feeling more angry. "We do that so all the crystals are together if they fall off". Well OK they are all together in the plastic bag true, but they would not have fallen off and broken apart & in need of being put together if they had been wrapped also in tissue paper and would not chip if some care had been taken to wrap them as a treasure found and fondly taken home not some used piece of junk as if found at a thrift store with the clerk not caring if they break.
  
  Some care needs to be taken with people that answer the phone. Someone that knows and practices good customer service would be appropriate.
  
  I was already dismayed to find that my chandeliers had just been sloppily thrown into plastics bags. I was not watching to how they were being handled as the last time I went in the two guys in the back Brian & Jim wrapped everything that I bought carefully. This last time I was told that the two people behind the counter would help me. I certainly did not expect to open the bags to find the crystal chains broken, missing and have to figure out how to put them back together and see if all the parts are there.
  
  I think the guy who answered the phone is the same guy that must have thrown them into the plastic bags with no warning. He kept repeating that is how they "normally" do it and they have gotten no other complaints. None of his excuses made me feel better about my purchase that cannot be returned.
  
  I will not be back to purchase the larger chandeliers I had been looking at.
  
  Customer beware. If you do buy something make sure the kid behind the counter takes some concern with your purchase!
  
  I did not feel that what I bought had no value or I would not have bought it. But the items were treated as if I bought them in a junk shop.
