  Ordered windows and door from this company in October 2016. The salesman said it would come by Christmas. Neither windows nor the door arrived by Christmas.
  Finally in the spring the windows were installed. The installer, who was a very professional man, said that he could not find the door.
  The manager called and said there had been a problem and the order was not placed.
  She said that she placed the order and called me to say it would be installed in late May.
  Now it is July and I am calling the number to find it has been disconnected.
