  First, I order the Mega LED and wait.... Then I get the wrong one. Annoying oversight on your company's side -- novice mistake.
  
  Then, I have to prove with pictures that I got the wrong one and wait...
  
  Then I had to wait for the right one, and take time out of my busy schedule to return the wrong one.
  
  Then, I inspected the "right" one that your company sent and it had the WRONG attachment for the hose. I had to wait on correspondence for that to be corrected and wait for the piece in the mail. Once I got it in the mail it was an absolute hassle to put on and had to get a gas and air tech to help out (out of pocket expense).
  
  After all that, it was leaking out the sides!
  
  After all this, I send about 3 emails and 3 phone calls just to get little to no response. I follow up a 4th time and finally get direction to "send it in." for up to 4 weeks of repair without a replacement.
