  Assistant Manager Mike failed me and my wife in our power of attorney paperwork before deployment. I’m sure you know how important this is for a spouse to have control over finances. He led us to failure by not communicating about any other more procedures. He told us we were good to go and about 2 weeks later we get a notification of the POA getting denied. We try calling but refuses to speak with us directly so he makes a 3rd party caller to speak to us while hes on the other line having us on MUTE! He does not want to accept resposibility. No wonder he made it to Assisnat manager he hides and covers all his mess. BZ!
