  I found Dr. Stewart through my hair colorist who had mentioned her troubles with a certain well-known medical company in San Diego - they couldn't pin-point exactly what her symptoms where related to, what was causing her symptoms, and/or create a solution without thinking she had some sort of neurological disease. As I was sitting in the chair I was thinking, "this is exactly what I am going through." I called Nourish Medical Center the very next day to book an appointment. I have had on-going troubles with my sleep routine - from troubles falling asleep (taking anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours - just to fall asleep!) to waking up constantly throughout the night for hours, to never waking up feeling rested or refreshed - you could only imagine the moodiness! I had tried everything from Ambien, Benadryl, blackout curtains, herbal teas - store bought and herbalist concoctions, eye masks, calming music, etc. you name it, I tried it. I even went as far as thinking I had sleep apnea. Tested, with negative results.
  
  The first appointment with Dr. Stewart was an eye-opener. Having these conversations with doctors, as a 25 year old, was always difficult. But speaking with Dr. Stewart was easy and comforting. I walked away from the initial appointment thinking that we were going to effectively work together to find a solution where I could better manage my health, my stress levels, and ultimately, my sleep troubles, and not mask it with prescriptions.
  
  The best thing I ever did was invest the money into the number of tests suggested by Dr. Stewart. These tests allowed us to pin-point exactly where my troubles were, without the merry-go-round of trial and error of prescription drugs. After that, Dr. Stewart suggested a small, but highly effective concoction of supplements to ease my stress levels and aide in sleeping throughout the night.
  
  Since October, there has been a drastic change in my mental clarity, well-being, moods, and overall general quality of life because of these specific supplement suggestions. They have made all the difference in my health. I would recommend Dr. Stewart to anyone who feels there is something missing in their primary medical care - Dr. Stewart discovers what isn't properly functioning with your body, not what is wrong with it. The best thing you can do is to invest in your health for the short-term and long-term benefits!
