  I've used this place for two months and it's always been pretty awesome. As a Lyft driver, the unlimited access to vacuums and clean microfiber cloths is very convenient. But the last four times ive gone here, the hot wax wasn't working and that's frustrating, considering I'm paying $35/month for it. No hot wax would bring me down to the next payment bracket which I believe is 25. I wouldn't give three stars for no wax necessarily, but when I brought it up to somebody who works there and asked for a discount for this month because of it, they laughed and said they don't do that.
