  They told me an hour wait for walk up service which is reasonable but when I asked if they could call another store to find out if the wait was better, they said no.

  Went to get phone changed/upgraded and sales person Christina tried to up sell and charge me for a benefit that I am entitled to. Then lack of professionalism with her attitude trying to talk down at me. This person needs to act professional as I am the customer and not her equal..... not recommended. Go to another store and avoid this store....

  I’ve been here 40 mins so far. Writing this as I sit here and watch 3 employees walk around with their iPads like there busy. Back and forth they go. Every 10 mins or so I get asked what I’m here for again. Then they walk away. So, what am I here for? What takes an hour to get ? A SIM card. Yup. A SIM card. Definitely will make sure myself and my employees avoid this location in the future.
