  Went in same as always in this place. I walked in and girls stood at the register speaking in Spanish. In which, no I’m
  Not Hispanic but took 8 years in Spanish and can understand my way a fair bit around it. I wasn’t listening to them directly but I’m sure whatever gossip they were talking about was more important than saying hello. Finally when I walked toward the register the girl asked if I had everything. I had already tried on two of the same pair to check sizes and was headed to your mark down hallway. It was almost like they didn’t think I was going to make a purchase. I witnessed another couple leave the register with a comment as if they didn’t get any help and the girl was not happy about being at work. Then after looking in the back hall I didn’t find anything and was gonna look at socks but the energy in this store took it out of me. Last but not least I walk toward the register with my back facing the doors and she ask if I’m ready...it gets a little better. She didn’t ever look me in the eye during the transaction, I was even standing at the wrong kiosk as she rung me up to put my card in because she was unavailable pretty much the whole time. Well hopefully a learning experience to make your place of business a friendly and engaging environment. I wanted two pair of shoes there but ended up just making 1/2 intended purchases. I’m deciding not to spend any more money at the outlet today because of this experience, I wanted to have some fun today spending some of my hard earned money.
