  I recently moved to San Diego and needed to have one of my bridges looked at because the root of the tooth was cracked. The first dentist I visited, flat out lied to me about what I needed done. So then I started my search over and found Park Dental Arts. On my first visit they took my x-rays and Dr. Thompson came in and walked me through all of my issues and then we worked out a treatment plan that addressed my biggest issues first. Dr. Thompson listened to and addressed all of my concerns. After which I sit down with Candice, the Treatment Coordinator, who helped me plan out the timing of each step in my plan and the cost so I could budget it out, she is amazing! Once we had it all worked out I setup an appointment.
  
  Amazingly after the first visit I was excited about going back and getting the work done, not just because I knew I would feel better but also because I felt like I could trust them. It is hard to put in words but everyone there seemed like real/normal people, you know someone you could trust to treat you like they would treat their own family and friends. I know it sounds goofy but I think most people have dealt with cold and impersonal doctors/dentist so it is very refreshing to work with caring professionals.
  
  I needed about 4 hours of work so they set me up with sedation pills which worked perfectly and the whole process was painless. At the end of the procedure they worked with me to validate my bite was good and set me up with another appointment in a week. I had my work done on a Friday and Dr. Thompson called me Saturday to check if I was doing OK and if I needed anything, now that is what caring people do!
  
  I can’t imagine going anywhere else, and again the staff and service is amazing!
