  Amazing spa and service! I did a 25 minute bathing ritual and a 25 minute massage. Amal and staff made me feel like a Queen. Thank you for being so great! I'll be back soon.

  This business is a nightmare.
  
  I made a reservation through their website for my significant other and entered my payment information. Before my partner could leave, the front desk indicated no payment information was on file and forced my partner to pay for the service - even though in the notes of the reservation, I clearly state that this reservation was a surprise gift to some one else.
  
  So what my girlfriend thought was a surprise gift, was actually a service she was being forced to pay for. Moreover, they promised to 'hold on to her credit card' and call me so that I could provide my credit card info - they actually ran the charge on her credit card anyway and did not reach out to me.
  
  When I wrote an email to complain about this, the business owner feigned sympathy, and in my opinion, lacks the intelligence to understand how this is not acceptable.
  
  If you're going to surprise someone with a reservation to this place, be sure to come along because they obviously do not have the intellectual capacity or understanding of how surprise reservations work.
