  Prime Fitness Training is a no-frills gym and fitness center for those not wanting a packed gym during their workouts. You will never have to wait on equipment and members have access 24/7 via a key fob. They have an excellent selection of training equipment from free weights to machines to cardio. Most important to me was the squat rack, bumper plates, and the full array of dumbbells for my training. Keith, the owner, is always interested in feedback from the members and strives to keep them accommodated and happy. I highly recommend this gym for those who are serious and dedicated to their training.
